Community Development Program (CDP)
CDP offers opportunities for local people to build skills, address barriers to employment and contribute to their communities through a range of flexible activities which are tailored to their individual needs and based on community requirements.
Bynoe has been delivering employment support services to communities in the Lower Gulf since the 1980s.
Through our long-term engagement in Communities, we have established a clear base of what outcomes are desired by community elders, what roles need filled by employers and what youth aspire to.
We design our high-quality activities and training with these goals in mind while continuing to build capacity in community for entering the workforce and contributing to community.
Bynoe CDP is involved in nearly every aspect of community needs and often volunteering and working with other stakeholders to collaborate on improving services and community outcomes as well as operating the Centrelink satellite office on Mornington Island.
