Youth Program

Our programs are tailored to the young people of the town.  We develop and deliver programs that are of interest to local kids and families.  We know these kids and their families and as such we know what will interest and engage them.

Because we have been doing this for a while, we have learned that no one set of activities will engage all kids, so we have a diverse range of activities within our programs.  This way all our kids have an opportunity to engage in something they enjoy, they can succeed at and is good for them.  

We are well connected to all other support programs for young people and families available in the town and know how to link programs together to provide the best opportunity for young people in Normanton.  

The way we run our programs is that we focus on the needs of the kids, but we also, where appropriate encourage parents to be there to support the physical and mental wellbeing of their children.  

Our activities include a Kick Start program, Adventure Based Learning Activities and cultural camps out bush.
